Current news: BC passed her practice GED, so now she can take the "for real" one.

I started NaNoWriMo this year--I don't know if I'll make the whole 50,000 words this month, but I finally started the book that's been knocking around in my head for a few years.

I can do THREE push ups. Haven't lost any more weight--but I'm walking 2 miles 5 days a week, now.

Jeff gets snipped tomorrow--he'll be sitting on bags of frozen peas all weekend.

I signed up with facebook and have been contacted by two friends from high school I haven't heard from in awhile: Jacques Fasan who is married and has a baby boy, and Van Argyrakis, who is running for Mayor in Omaha next year.

Life is good. We had incredible weather for Halloween and tonight is stormy and windy--perfect for cuddling.
